Review requests may include your business name, work email address, service type, response gap, approximate inbound demand, operating capacity, role, and consent record. General inquiries may include your name, business name, work email, and message.

Our website host and security controls may collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and date and time of visits. Abuse-prevention records may use a one-way hash instead of retaining a raw IP address.

Do not submit payment-card information, Social Security numbers, passwords, health information, customer records, or other sensitive personal information through these forms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, assess whether our services may help a business, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot delivery, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

APLANIQ may send confirmations and requested follow-up through its business email systems. You may opt out of marketing email at any time. We may still send non-marketing messages about an active request or business relationship.

Service providers and sharing

Netlify hosts the website, runs server-side request processing, and stores request records in Netlify Blobs. SpaceMail provides outbound and inbound business email. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their applicable terms.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or security incidents, or support a business transaction.

Retention

We retain request records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, disputes, or business records. Expired records are deleted or de-identified. Short-lived abuse-prevention and duplicate-detection records are removed sooner.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including server-side validation, access controls, rate limiting, and restricted credentials. No online system is completely secure.

Your privacy choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Use the contact page and mark the message “Privacy Request.” We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, we will honor those rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
